It is advisable to stir the mud well before use.

Face and Body: Cleanse the skin with La Cure Salt Soap or Mud Soap and wash with lukewarm water. Place the mud on cleansed skin. Leave the mud for 15-30 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water. It is advisable to use La Cure Moisturizing Cream or Body Lotion or simply Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil after the mud. For best results and maximum benefits it is recommended to use 1-3 times a week.
